of Category - Make up, reporting to the Business Development Director, you will
play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Make up category within the
L'Oréal Consumer Products Division. You will lead a team of 4 people,
developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize category
performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of
beauty by aligning with retailers, understanding consumer needs, and fostering
a triple-win approach for L’Oréal, retailers, and shoppers.Strategic Alignment:Collaborate with retailers to align strategies and drive category growth.Understand consumer needs and behaviors to identify growth opportunities.Category Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive category plan with a triple-win approach.Manage the category's P&L to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.Commercial Support:Serve as the category expert, supporting the commercial team in aligning business plans with retailers.Provide insights on consumers and the category based on market analysis.Brand Arbitration:Make fact-based recommendations to optimize brand performance within the division.Ensure internal alignment to maximize overall division results.We Are Looking ForWe are
seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a passion for beauty and a
proven track record in business development. The ideal candidate will possess
strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic
