Main activities
* Manage the brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation.
* Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.
* Develop long-term innovation plans: Design the future portfolio and manage a fast-paced innovation pipeline. Define business cases to support innovation projects.
* Define products with a specific focus on recipes, claims, and formats. Set prices, including list definitions and recommended retail prices per channel/country. Develop packaging.
* Design and implement a marketing plan that supports global brand growth.
* Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
* Execute branding and category projects in collaboration with other team members.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of English.
* Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
