Business Analyst/Credit Risk Analyst
Location: Bologna, IT
CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specialising in information solutions, decision-making models, outsourcing, software and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities and businesses, is looking for:
Business Analyst/ Credit Risk Analyst for an important funded project. For this position, we research a business analyst that participates in defining business requirements and functional analysis of product new features and recommends appropriate solutions, with a product view.
Main responsibilities:
1. Participates in studies to evaluate business requirements and to identify appropriate solutions, with a view to supporting replicability of the solution.
2. Identify and formalize the business requirements of internal and external customers by acting as an interface between business representatives, functional representatives, and IT in order to analyze, document and validate the business processes required.
3. Interfaces with software developers to explain solutions and to check the progress of software development.
4. Ability to develop new analyzes using Business Intelligence tools.
5. Prepares demo of the solution and supports pre-sales activity to describe solution features.
6. Supports post-sales activities in complex problem resolutions.
7. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
8. Operates in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, and in accordance with established quality standards and assigned schedule.
9. Proactively contributes to team goals by integrating his/her own work with peers’ work and by furthering/promoting a Teamwork attitude respecting execution plans.
10. Plan and define test cases, drafting of documents.
11. Involvement in the execution and test management capabilities issued.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
2. Good knowledge of the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint).
3. Good knowledge of the credit process.
4. Good knowledge of functional analysis and testing procedures.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong analytic skills and need to be able to interpret complex information and adapt it as needed.
7. 3/5 years of experience.
8. Good relational skills and flexibility.
Must Have:
English as a pre-requisite condition for employment, fluency in spoken/written.
