RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant - Financial Modelling & Grants to join our office in Genoa/Rome/Bari/Milan within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.
Mission
RINA is looking for a motivated Senior Consultant specialising in Financial Modelling & Grants to join the Corporate Finance & Strategy Consulting Team. The team delivers economics & finance and strategy-related consulting services such as Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Subsidized Finance (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.), Business Planning & Financial Modelling, and Data Analytics. We deal with large companies, investment banks, and development banks.
Key Accountabilities
As Senior Consultant specialising in Financial Modelling & Grants, you will work as part of a team, helping clients to develop Financial Models, Funding Gap analysis, and Business Plans for innovative projects, particularly focused on decarbonization (e.g., solar, wind, hydrogen, ammonia, carbon capture, etc.). You will also assist clients in applying for European funding such as Innovation Fund, IPCEI and CEF.
Education
Master’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration Finance Management.
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or similar, with a record of strong academic achievement.
2. 3-5 years of work experience in management consulting firms or in similar roles in corporates.
3. Previous experience in Subsidized Finance/Grants environment (e.g., Innovation Fund, IPCEI, CEF, etc.).
4. Previous experience in Financial Modelling is considered a plus.
5. Experience in low-carbon project development.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced knowledge in Power BI is considered a plus.
7. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
8. Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
9. Ability to build and maintain internal and external quality professional relationships.
