Your Role and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes.
* Provide HR support for a defined team or location by partnering with respective managers.
* Represent HR in the business and establish strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.
We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our Electrification Smart Buildings Division in Santa Palomba (Rome). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Counseling, supporting, and challenging business leaders to drive effective solutions for resolving issues and supporting short, mid, and long-term objectives.
* Supporting and driving the People Strategy, leading the implementation of initiatives in the Santa Palomba location.
* Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with functions and Shared Services.
* Supporting the business and executing HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
* Assessing and promoting talent pipeline to build world-class teams in the area of responsibility.
* Supporting change management initiatives and behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective organization.
* Building a culture of accountability and high performance, supported by strong collaboration, recognition, and trust.
You will act as a point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit, proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes at the client's side. You will also build a strong business relationship with internal clients and lead negotiations with trade unions on labor issues.
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
* Change management experience, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at a global level.
* Strong customer service focus, intercultural sensitivity, and capacity to constructively challenge, influence, and persuade.
* Strategic orientation with business acumen to lead and drive organizational value creation through people strategies.
* High problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented approach, as well as strong skills in data analytics for high-quality data-driven decision-making.
* Strong communication skills, including fluency in English.
