This learning process is able to form the figure of Scrum Master inside technical teams. Normally this process will be followed by our Agile Coaches that have the duty to organize the activities and timeline. The scope has the object to have, after trial period, a person representative of the role in terms of managing the team’s needs and organizing the activities.
He/She will work on the integration platform ensuring the exchange of data between MSC and external clients and using the scrum process and guidelines defined by agile coaches and architects. Her/His goal is to deliver software increments with quality at the end of each sprint. To achieve this, she/he will collaborate closely with the other team members (developers, tester, product specialists and product owner).
ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively participate to scrum ceremonies and propose ideas
Analyze user stories by discussing with the product owner and product specialists
Develop a mutually respectful working relationship with all staff in to ensure a strong Team effort in all activities
Provide timely, complete and accurate responses to all Program Stakeholders’ questions and inquiries in a positive and constructive manner
Remain current on trends and innovation in IT, Software and Middleware industry
Anticipate and address potential issues leveraging previous experience and strong problem-solving skill
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
Passionate in Agile methodologies
At least 3 years of experience in IT field
At least a short experience in coordinating team members
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
Capacity to work in a multicultural environment
Preferred:
Knowledge of Agile Frameworks
DevOps
Experience in large projects including offshore
Microsoft Azure DevOps
.NET and Microsoft technologies
