Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the implementation of our media strategy. In this role, he/she will develop and implement effective digital media plans to recruit new users worldwide, run lead generation, drive revenues, and grow the omnichannel business. He/she will have a particular focus on the management, maintenance, and optimization of our company’s website, ensuring that our website is user-friendly, secure, and aligned with our branding and marketing objectives.
Main responsibilities are:
1. Digital media strategy implementation
• Work on growing brand awareness globally by recommending digital media strategies consistent with brand identity and company goals.
• Implement digital media strategy to achieve set business and brand equity objectives.
2. Foster Company website
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s website, including content updates, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with designers, developers (internal/external), and marketing teams to ensure the website aligns with branding and campaign goals.
• Optimize the website for performance, including speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement best practices for user experience (UX) and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage website security and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
3. Multimedia channel optimization
• Manage and optimize all main media channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email marketing, and programmatic advertising, in adherence with target KPIs (Engagement, Traffic, Search growth, ROAS, Revenue).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content tailored to different platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and IT, to align marketing efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest Marketing and Digital Technology.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field
* Languages: English (as primary language), Italian.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Digital Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Other Information & Specific Skills:
* Proven working experience as a digital media professional (preferably from luxury/tech/sport consumer brands or modern lifestyle space experiences)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent analytical and project management skills
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Well versed in media planning and digital campaign optimization
* Experience with optimizing Social Media, CTV, Google, CRM, etc.
* Ability to assimilate digital market research, surveys, and data analytics into digital marketing and brand strategies
* Proficiency in budget management and experience in working with external media agencies
* Ability to partner across business and communications teams on plans and deliverables
