We are looking for a JUNIOR HR SPECIALIST to support the Talent Team in the processes of recruitment and selection, training and development, internal and external communication and CSR activities.
In particular, the resource will focus on internal & external corporate communication activities with the aim of stimulating employee engagement and increasing employer brand awareness. He/she will also have the opportunity to support the processes of recruitment and selection in order to find the best candidate for our company.
KEY CHALLENGES
· Support in the research and selection process of junior positions
· Keeping the candidate database up-to-date and managing the tracking of applications
· Provide support in administrative management related to the internship activation
· Constant relationship with Universities and Masters
· Participating in employer branding activities
· Support in the On Boarding process
· Support in the Corporate Social Responsibilities activities
· Support in managing the Performance Management process
· Support in the Corporate Communication by also using our corporate intranet
· University in progress, preferably in the psychology, humanities or languages field
· Good knowledge of the Office Suite,in particular Excel and Power Point
· Knowledge of graphics tools (nice to have)
· Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
· Possess good planning skills and predisposition to work in a team
· Knows how to deal with people and influence them positively
· Be able to adapt quickly to a dynamic and lively environment
· Have a proactive, enthusiastic creative and innovative attitude
· Motivated self-starter
· Ability to multi-task
· Good written and verbal communication skills
