* Facilitate project delivery lifecycle as the liaison between the customer and development team:
o Ensure business / functional requirements from the customer are understood by the development team and are feasible within the timeline and budget of the project
o Provide analysis of customer data to establish solution quality benchmark and Key Performance Indicators
o Provide advice to customers on best practices to guide efficient and high quality solution design
o Ensure project status and project risks are understood and communicated to project stakeholders and mitigated in a timely manner
o Configure application User Interface
o Manage sprint cycles in JIRA by:
+ Writing tickets for developers based on customer requirements
+ Prioritizing tickets for each sprint cycle
+ Developing test plan, release notes, and demo / trainings for new features as required
* Ensure functional specifications for final delivered application is completed and accurate
* Coordinate/Support solution roll-out, monitoring impact in terms of business KPIs
* Facilitate application hand-off to support team and monitor applications under maintenance & support contract
* Help identify future developments for our software solution
* Participate in pre-sales activities to assist in demos of product capability and scope of work development
Skills and Qualifications Required
* Technical skills:
o Proficient level of Excel and PowerPoint
o JIRA a plus
o Data Analytics programming skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL) a plus
o Data Visualization software skills (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) a plus
* Personal skills:
o Ability to work in team
o Ability to work under strict deadlines and without close supervision
o Self-motivated, proactive, outspoken
* Languages:
o Proficient level of English, written and spoken
o French and/or Italian a plus

* Ideal 3-5 years working experience as analyst
* Strong analytical and problem solving
