Responsibilities
* Collaborate with local teams on the organization of trade shows and events
* Support communication and alignment with associations
* Stock marketing material (order processing, organization of re-orders, preparation of shipments)
* Support and organize event logistics including hotel accommodations (for major events), food and beverage service, meeting room setup, etc.
* Back office support to events with handling event billing, payment of invoices, and financial closure
* Support in updating the Company Website and coordination with other internal departments
* Support internally for e-mail campaigns and marketing automation (HubSpot)
* Support to digital & in-person events organization
* Coordinate with Event Manager & Digital Manager
Qualifications
* Hands-on mentality
* Internationally oriented
* Good analytical skills
* Excellent database management and software skills
* Willingness to learn and support the development of processes for the area
* Ongoing or completed University degree (business administration, communication or similar)
