Job Description:
Prometeia, one of the leading European companies in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors, is looking for a resource to be included in the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries active on the national territory, carrying out projects in particular in the following areas:
* Strategic business planning: definition of business strategies and preparation of business plans
* M&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary finance operation, from market scouting to the valuation of individual assets/companies, from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support for the conclusion of deals.
* Transformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutions
MAIN TASKS:
* Leading working teams in several project initiatives across various industries, mainly focused on FIG market
* Day-to-day leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial processes
* Capacity to analyse client contexts and related business environments, including competitors and market trends
* Financial, economic and general business knowledge in financial markets
* Realization of economic-financial and equity projections
* Identification of most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance
* Evaluation of the economic value of banking and industrial operators, company branches, individual portfolios, in the context of extraordinary operations
* Drafting of documents functional to business development and expert opinion, as an independent third party
* Estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES:
* Degree with excellent marks in economic/financial and engineering management subjects
* At least 6-7 years of experience in advising banks, financial intermediaries or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance matters
* Fluency in English. The knowledge a second foreign language is a plus
SOFT SKILLS:
* General team leadership and excellent team working aptitude
* Excellent analysis skills
* Natural problem-solving mindset and aptitude for communication
