In order to expand our team, we are looking for a passionate and social-driven KOL/Affiliate & PR Marketing Specialist to join us in our Milan office.
D1 Milano is an Italian Watch Brand with over 3 million people visiting our website every year, more than 800 POS worldwide, more than 500K social community and over 120 000 watches sold each year.
Position Overview: t he KOL/Affiliate & PR Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage influencers, affiliates, and media outlets, enhancing the brand’s online and offline presence. This role will play a crucial part in expanding brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and building lasting partnerships that will amplify our visibility in key markets.
Responsibilities:
-Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors who align with our values and target audience;
-Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance analysis, to ensure impactful collaborations and ROI;
-Develop and oversee the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, onboarding, and support of affiliate partners across platforms;
-Monitor affiliate activities, analyze data on performance, and optimize campaigns to achieve sales targets, brand awareness, and conversion goals;
-Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies, securing coverage for product launches, brand stories, and corporate announcements;
-Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials, ensuring messaging aligns with brand positioning and reaches target audiences;
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive KOL/affiliate/PR strategies that align with overall brand goals and seasonal campaigns;
-Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and key deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and tracking performance metrics;
-Conduct regular research on industry trends, competitor activities, and influencer marketing best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of industry developments;
-Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and current trends to inform future campaigns and strategies;
-Work closely with content, social media, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints;
-Collaborate with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to drive seamless integration between KOL/affiliate activities and online sales channels.
Candidate Profile:
The candidate must have an excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken. In addition, a creative vision and strategy is required, as well as an in-depth knowledge of different media and social channels. High precision, organization, problem solving, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a critical and observational spirit complete the profile. The candidate must be able to adapt successfully to diverse situations and integrate seamlessly into the company culture. Presence in the office is required.
