What Will You Do?
* Give support to a number of clients/accounts internationally across our division, working closely with the account managers.
* Assist with the reconciliation of monthly receivables.
* Support the processes over contracts and invoices.
* Help maintain and update operational trackers, creatives, support the classification and documentation, and ensure alignment with internal compliance protocol.
* Provide administrative assistance with legal documentation and processes as needed.
* Support the maintenance and organization of CRM data, ensuring accuracy and usability for the commercial team.
* Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI, in collaboration with the IT team.
* Serve as a central point of support for the commercial team, helping to coordinate requests, share information, and solve day-to-day challenges.
* Maintain close communication with stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and efficiency.
* Identify and support information regarding the industry and networking events.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
✓ Good knowledge of the sports and betting industry ecosystem (especially B2B business).
✓ Proven experience in providing operational and administrative support across departments.
✓ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring tasks.
✓ Experience with CRM systems and data handling; familiarity with tools like PowerBI is a plus.
✓ Comfortable working with spreadsheets and supporting financial processes such as receivables.
✓ Understanding of compliance and legal documentation workflows.
✓ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
✓ Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and follow-up skills.
✓ Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
✓ Previous experience in a support function within a commercial or sales environment is preferred.
