Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, taking into account optimum use of the resources. Perform all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, considering the order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations, and personnel resources to create optimum production conditions. Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and deadlines to meet predicted completion dates, and control the production sequence for optimum resource utilization. Coordinate material movements between production units to ensure an optimum production run. Actively contribute to cooperation with all stakeholders, forwarding relevant information to maintain an optimum logistics chain. Setup and monitor KANBAN control cycles for finished and semi-finished goods, supporting production in establishing KANBAN control cycles for raw materials and semi-finished products. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to the schedule, analyze and revise production plans, and update deadlines. Keep paperwork organized and use the ERP system (SAP/APO) to record and track operations, materials, times, and other relevant parameters. Provide necessary production documentation and data for each production order to guarantee effective and high-quality work handling. Obtain output information (number of finished products, etc.), prepare and submit status and performance reports, and give instructions to determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Address issues promptly to minimize disruption, troubleshoot problems during production, identify shortages, bottlenecks, or other inventory-related problems, and proactively tackle blocks and barriers to progress. Liaise with production for clarification and coordination of balanced and de-conflicted demands and plans.
