You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the Unaccompanied Housing Division of NAVSUPPACT NAPLES.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Directing the application of housing management principles and concepts to provide a full range of methods and processes related to housing management, planning, operation, occupancy, maintenance, and utilization of housing facilities;
* Directing programs in support of family housing actions (i.e., policies, procedures, budgeting, planning, and managing resources) to oversee property management and provide customer support;
* Preparing and reviewing contracts, contract specifications, and plans to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance;
* Utilizing DoD regulations, policies, and procedures related to Unaccompanied Housing Operations to provide appropriate oversight in the execution of APF funds, management, staffing/manpower, and business management.
