Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for F&B. This is a seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week). What you’ll be doing Welcome guests and attend to tables promptly Serve food and beverages, making recommendations if needed Assist guests with menu questions and special requests Record transactions accurately in the MICROS system Check guest satisfaction and respond accordingly Clean tables, perform closing duties, and restock supplies Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and special dietary needs Follow cycle time guidelines and maintain cleanliness of work areas Inspect china, glass, and silverware before use Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelines What we’re looking for Legal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time employment (40 hours/week) Fluent in English and Italian Understanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitality Positive outlook and outgoing personality Excellent conversational skills and team orientation Experience in fine dining restaurants is advantageous Knowledge of Micros is preferred This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform. Safety training and certification will be required prior to employment.
