Senior HR Business Partner - Processing Division We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People & Organization team, reporting directly to the HR Manager of the Processing Division. The figure will have a strategic and operational role in the management of human resources of two production plants in Mareno di Piave (TV) and in Sarcedo (VI), specialized in the production of complex industrial plants for the food and beverage sector, which have a total of about 200 people (both white collar and blue collar). Main Responsibilities: Collaboration with division managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies; Managing the selection process; Coordination of the onboarding program; Supporting the definition and management of the corporate organizational chart, monitoring changes and evolving structures; Supporting the Learning & Development function in managing career and development plans for employees in line with strategic business needs; Implementation and monitoring of MBO, incentive plans and salary review systems; Management of labor relations within the relevant plants; Support in disciplinary issues, conflict resolution and negotiations; Active participation in building a corporate culture that fosters transparency, innovation and cohesion among teams; Designing and implementing innovative and efficient HR processes, collaborating with other corporate departments to improve the employee experience; Monitoring HR best practices, adapting them to specific business needs to improve productivity and organizational well-being. We are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, economics or management engineering, with a focus in HR; At least 7-10 years of experience in the role, preferably in structured companies; Solid skills in HR management issues; Knowledge of Italian labor regulations and union dynamics; Excellent problem solving and interpersonal relationship management skills; Good knowledge of Office package (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software; Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or other HCMs preferred; Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
