The B2B Performance Omni-Channel Manager leads a team responsible for analyzing B2B omnichannel sales and customer behaviors, defining channel distribution plans, and optimizing commercial strategies to enhance business performance. He/she develops advanced analytics and reporting tools, translating data into actionable recommendations that strengthen brand positioning, maximize ROI, and foster sustainable growth in the B2B landscape. A Day in the Life of a B2B Performance Omnichannel Manager Omnichannel Sales Data Analysis : lead a team to collect and analyze data from various sales channels (e-commerce, Distributors, Operator Direct, both Office and Horeca). Dashboard and Reporting Development : Create tools to monitor commercial performance for management, optimizing data collection and analysis using advanced tools (Power BI, Tableau). Commercial Strategy : Provide data-driven insights to optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment. Customer Behavior Analysis : Identify trends and growth opportunities based on purchase and interaction data. Customer Segmentation and Clustering : Define segmentation models to personalize sales strategies. RTM Performance Monitoring with Sales / Trade Marketing Interaction : Assess the effectiveness of different Route-to-Market strategies and suggest improvements by translating data into actionable insights for sales teams. ROI Analysis of Trade Marketing Activities : Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and visibility assets. Competitive Benchmarking : Analyze market trends/dynamics and competition to identify growth opportunities. Reporting : Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management. Cross-Functional : Participate in channel & customers strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy.
