YOUR ROLE
The main objectives of the position are:
1. Guarantee tool uptime and tool performances aligned to targets
2. Ensure process robustness and stability
3. Definition and management of equipment control chart
4. Definition, management and training for OCAP
5. Management of hold lots, tool alarms and FDC
6. New tool selection, equipment Procurement Specification definition and tool start up
7. Improve tool and process performances in terms of COO, defectivity, OEE, MTBC…
8. Develop new processes according to device/proc.dev. group requirements
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
1. Scientific degree or PH.D. in Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Engineering or similar
2. English Knowledge
3. Scientific approach
4. Strong problem-solving ability
5. Flexibility in priorities management
6. Teamwork ability
7. Statistical skills
