Who We Are Looking For: Tax Manager
As a Tax Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing our group's tax obligations, ensuring compliance, and maximizing financial and tax benefits. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating both direct and indirect taxes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Direct Tax Calculation: Accurately handle Ires/Irap and deferred income tax, ensuring timely and precise periodical reporting and annual tax returns.
* Tax Returns: Guarantee that all tax returns are completed and submitted correctly and on time.
* Budget and Forecast Inputs: Provide valuable tax insights for budget planning and business strategies, considering both P&L and cash tax perspectives.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to Pillar 2 (Global Minimum Tax) and CbCR requirements.
* Transfer Pricing: Prepare and supervise the creation of Transfer Pricing documents for Fater Group legal entities, including Master File, Country, and Local Files.
* Tax Risk Management: Understand and manage tax risks through the Tax Control Framework.
* Legislative Updates: Monitor tax legislation developments, assess their impact on the company, and inform relevant stakeholders.
* Internal Tax Audits: Plan and manage internal tax audits, building and maintaining relationships with external tax consultants and peers.
* Support and Solutions: Act as a key reference for other departments and affiliates, providing tax solutions and monitoring their execution.
* Financial & Tax Benefits Projects: Drive inter-functional teams to manage financial and tax benefits projects.
* Non-Routine Activities: Oversee tax management for non-routine activities and extraordinary operations, such as M&A.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 5 years in tax roles for Italian entities or tax consultancy firms.
* Education: Degree in Economics or Law.
* Languages: Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
