Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and talented professional to join our team as a Market Intelligence Manager.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Commercial Operations and be responsible for coordinating the Market Intelligence team.
* Main Responsibilities:
* 1. Go-To-Market Strategy Implementation: Coordinate the assessment of target business expansion and diversification areas, collecting all key external and internal dimensions of analysis.
* 2. Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor key end market trends and opportunities primarily within the Home Care industry using available subscription tools and independent analysis.
* 3. Corporate Presentations and Strategic Projects: Contribute to corporate presentations and strategic projects with insights regarding end market trends.
* 4. Data Elaboration and Presentation Tools: Scout and manage external data providers, designing and implementing internal data elaboration and presentation tools.
* 5. Team Management: Coordinate and coach the Market Intelligence team, ensuring exceptional localized support to Business Development teams.
Requirements
* Language: Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
* Education: University degree in Business Administration or Economics or Social Sciences. Additional education in marketing is a plus.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in market research and data analysis, preferably within the Home Care industry.
* Skillset: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, outstanding effective presentation and communication capabilities, expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
