Job Description
I am seeking a Mechanical Designer to join my company in the instrumentation sector. The ideal candidate should have a technical or professional diploma, preferably in mechanical disciplines.
Key Requirements
* Technical diploma or professional qualification, preferably in mechanical disciplines;
* Experience in the role, even minimal of 1 year, gained in companies within the mechanical, electronic, electrical, or related sectors;
* Excellent knowledge of Autocad or Inventor 2D and 3D;
* Ability to tackle technical problems autonomously;
* Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines, with a strong problem-solving capacity, speed, and efficiency, as well as ability to work collaboratively in a team;
* Desire to grow professionally in line with the growth of the company; Passion for one's job;
* Excellent relational, organizational, and communicative skills;
* Motivation and determination, maturity, spirit of initiative;
* Candidate must be responsible and trustworthy;
* Availability for visits to external suppliers;
* Residence in the vicinity of the company headquarters.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will work within the dedicated department for the development and production of equipment for advanced geophysical technologies and dynamic monitoring systems.
* Design components and sets of equipment in CAD 2D or 3D;
* Collaborate and provide full support to production teams, R&D, and the internal workshop;
* Follow production phases of prototypes, manage external suppliers, and component procurement;
* Techncial development, interfacing with external workshops and internal company stakeholders as needed;
* Support in proposing and defining the most suitable design solutions to meet customer requirements;
* Produce, update, and manage technical documentation;
* Other activities defined by management.
