Description
* Working closely with the quality team to ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, and establishing a process for an elaborated follow-up of quality inputs, ensuring a solution.
* Participating in internal and external dialogues/audits for customers, suppliers, products, and/or stakeholders.
* Supervising daily tasks encompassing production scheduling, quality control checks, and inventory management, ensuring the team's timely completion of assigned responsibilities and addressing any impediments to progress. Coordination of the dried fruit processing and selection with cross-functional teams.
* Assuring the maintenance of high order and cleanliness in operational areas, implementing practices for a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
* Streamlining and optimizing production, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity while identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes through a culture and methodology of continuous improvement.
* Tracking KPIs related to production, which involves analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, reporting, and presenting recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Profile
* Degree or Master (Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field);
* 4+ years of experience;
* Proficiency in SAP and Power BI;
