This is the position for you! Frank Gay Commercial Services seeks a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Outside Sales Team to help deliver great commercial service solutions to our clients in the Central Florida Area!
Job Responsibilities:
* Business Canvassing and Prospecting:
o Conduct business-to-business canvassing in targeted areas to identify potential clients and generate leads.
o Visit local businesses, offices, and commercial properties to introduce company products and services.
o Maintain detailed records of canvassing activities, business interactions, and follow-up tasks.
* Networking and Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including contractors, property managers, and local businesses.
o Attend trade shows, industry events, and community meetings to represent the company and network with potential clients.
o Engage in local business associations and professional groups to create referral opportunities and increase brand visibility.
* Lead Generation and Qualification:
o Generate leads through business canvassing, networking activities, and strategic outreach.
o Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their business needs.
o Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
* Sales Presentations and Closing:
o Conduct on-site consultations with businesses to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions.
o Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to close deals and meet sales targets.
o Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition from lead to client.
* Follow-Up and Client Management:
o Maintain regular follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
o Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
o Report on sales activities and progress to sales management, contributing to strategy development.
What you will need:
* 2+ years of Outside Sales Experience Required
* Commercial Sales Experience preferred
* HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical sales experience preferred
* Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
* Must pass Background, Drug Screen, and Driver’s License check
