Store Planning Project Manager - Temporary Contract Position Snapshot • Nespresso Global Services – Nespresso HQ level • Temporary contract (10 months) • 5 years’ experience in a similar position • Graduated in Architecture/Economics • Fluent Italian and English • Based in Assago Position Summary As a Global Store Planning Manager, you will support the Market in the execution of retail activities according to the Retail Plan and Global Business Services. You will manage the implementation of all activities to ensure the opening of Nespresso locations and drive the activities of relocation, refurbishment, and closure of these boutiques. Additionally, you will coordinate all activities between design agencies and suppliers to ensure the respect of timing, planning, budget, quality standards, and brand integrity. A day in the life of a Global Store Planning Manager Activities to do alone: • Presentation to the markets of the project approved by HQ. • Time schedule analysis, follow up and optimization. • Projects follow up, ensure weekly reporting, analyze issues. • Ensure hand-over of responsibilities at the end of project. Activities to do in support of a Senior Project Manager: • Brief the architect, finalize and validate the technical plans, layout development and follow up of the works on site. • Use the approved design concept as a basis, coordinate all activities between design agencies and suppliers to ensure the respect of timing, planning, budget, quality standards and brand integrity. • Ensure technical analysis and optimization of project to challenge local architect and engineering team. • Costs analysis and budget management. • On-site supervision; coordination of the involved consultants and suppliers.
