KWS Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Field Production Technician for their Conviso Sugar Beet unit activities based in Forlì. This position is full-time.
What you can expect in this role:
1. Supervise growers during the production process to improve yield, quality and stability in seed production.
2. Supervise and monitor all production processes.
3. Implement new production techniques.
4. Implement high-quality assurance measures.
5. Support all activities related to sugar beet seed production (nurseries included), cereals and other projects.
6. Ensure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity).
7. Support continuous improvement projects in field production activities.
What you bring in:
1. Residing in Forlì or willing to relocate.
2. Technician qualification in agriculture.
3. Sound agricultural know-how, preferably experienced in sugar beet seed production.
4. Fluent in Italian, intermediate English.
5. High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions.
6. Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, delivering results, continuous development.
