Could you be the full-time hybrid HMI Software Manager in Bologna, BO, IT we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive HMI software management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll organize and oversee the TMS Iconis team's daily activities, contributing to the design, development, and validation of the TMS. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as system and software architects, Scrum Masters, and the ICONIS Delivery Manager), support the software team in technical decisions for HMI software development, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
1. Organizing and overseeing the TMS Iconis team’s daily operations,
2. Contributing to the creation of a forecast roadmap for HMI enhancements,
3. Collaborating with the Scrum Master to prepare consistent sprint planning for the HMI team,
4. Monitoring team progress and performance to foster continuous improvement,
5. Managing tasks, bugs, risks, and action items effectively,
6. Working with the Scrum Master and ICONIS Delivery Manager to implement automation and effective monitoring in Azure Devops,
7. Supporting the definition of ICONIS HMI SW Architecture for new features,
8. Coaching, mentoring, facilitating, and teaching to support team and individual growth.

2. Knowledge of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) software development,

6. Experience or understanding of managing software development teams.
