What You’ll Be Doing Engage directly with major developers across Europe to understand and analyze technical market needs Present and explain tailored technical solutions to clients, consultants, and technical stakeholders Prepare and negotiate technical proposals as part of complex contracts Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product Management and Engineering Identify risks early and propose creative, effective mitigation strategies Stay current with technical market developments and apply them strategically Champion the company’s commitment to health, safety, and the environment Support and improve sales tools, processes, and reporting systems Travel as required to meet clients and attend site visits What We’re Looking For Education: Degree in Engineering or related technical field Experience: Experience in infrastructure, energy, or renewable power projects Technical/Commercial Skillset: Strong proposal preparation and negotiation skills Ability to interpret and align with technical client needs Knowledge of the energy sector; wind industry experience a plus Soft Skills: Clear communicator, solution-oriented, collaborative, and proactive Languages: Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus Why Join?
