We are looking for a Business Development Associate with a strong strategic and operational approach, capable of generating business opportunities and managing relationships with partners and C-level decision-makers. The role involves identifying and qualifying new clients using LinkedIn and digital tools, managing and updating the CRM (HubSpot) to optimize the sales funnel, and developing support materials for the sales team using PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends to identify new growth opportunities and engaging with high-level stakeholders to promote solutions and services.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Strong LinkedIn prospecting and networking skills
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English
Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
