As a Marketing Manager, you are an enthusiastic mind with a passion for planning, developing, and managing the marketing, communication, and media relations activities for our hotels.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing hotel budgets for marketing activities and initiatives.
* Analyzing the market, identifying potential target audiences and studying emerging trends.
* Continuously monitoring the competitive landscape, analyzing marketing strategies, distribution, and promotional channels, and sharing key updates with internal stakeholders.
* Developing marketing and communication materials for our Hotels.
* Organizing photo and video shoots in collaboration with dedicated teams.
* Managing sponsorship requests, local partnerships, and related initiatives.
* Collaborating on web marketing activities, updating and managing website content, photos, videos, and promotions.
* Coordinating the development of content and editorial plans for the hotels’ social media channels, focusing on storytelling, hotel news, and engagement-driven content.
* Supporting the creation of strategic activities and define, together with General Managers and the Social Media team, budget allocations for sponsored social media campaigns.
* Working with the PR Department to manage press relations for hotel initiatives, identifying opportunities for each property.
* Defining and implement the communication plan and event calendar in collaboration with partners managing tailored programs for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents, and local press, alongside the PR Department.
* Managing influencer relations and coordinate press and influencer trips in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
* Supporting Digital PR activities.
* Creating an event calendar for our Hotels.
* Supporting General Managers in managing relationships with local institutions and organizations relevant to each hotel.
* Assisting in the creation of B2B newsletters, sales materials, and other supporting documents for commercial activities.
