Evolution Regional Project Support Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Strategic Marketing Team in Southern Europe as an Evolution Regional Project Support Intern.
Mission
The primary objective of this role is to drive change management within the organization, leveraging the Opportunity Oriented Sales Approach and Salesforce.com adoption to impact results.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Evolution Project Manager for Southern Europe in maintaining a regional roadmap of initiatives
* Develop and implement change management initiatives across multiple stakeholders
* Create and deliver content, as well as follow up activities, with various departments
* Update content (flowcharts, Excel, PowerPoint) based on decisions made and deliveries at the regional level
* Adapt and localize content for different countries and stakeholders
* Collaborate with various departments to store and collect data, track impact, and create processes
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Humanities, or similar field
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Excellent teamwork and commitment skills
