Summary
The trainee will be included in the Sales Support & Customer Service department of Knauf Italy and will have the opportunity to carry out a training project with focus on the following activities:
-learning the successful strategy that puts the customer at the center
-learning to know the customer and his needs
-board and operational tools for customer management
-proactive customer management integrated into modern marketing
-communication tools for Customer Care and techniques for managing difficult relationships
-commercial support: relationship management with B2B customers, support for the Knauf Italy sales network
-operational support: Reception and entry of orders via Sap management software. Completion and optimization of the same.
Who are we looking for
-High school diploma or university studies preferably in Economics / Languages / Communication (or other humanistic disciplines)-
-Good knowledge of the English language
-Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
-Good knowledge of Office tools
-Strong Commercial Approach
-Ability to listen carefully, to communicate effectively, to solve problems
-Proactivity and ability to organize work by prioritizing activities

What we offer
Monthly salary of €700 gross, ticket Restaurant of €8/day, transport allowance.
