Pricing Representative About the Role For our Business Unit Professional Hygiene, we’re looking for a Pricing Representative who will be responsible for handling pricing activities, providing price support, and managing discounts & bonuses for Hungary and SEE countries. Please note that we can consider this role to be based in different locations, but it would be a strong plus if the person can consider Legnano (MI) as the main office base. The person will be hired with a temporary contract. What You Will Do Pricing: manage pricing conditions according to the inputs provided by the salesforce via CRM/mail (promotions, special prices, discounts, free goods, etc.); Verify and resolve pricing claims coming from the distributors. Verify the prices in the orders placed by the distributors daily based on the input provided by Customer Service Front Office. Price Support: handle the price support procedure by sending the consumptions form to the sales periodically, verify the sales, issue the credit notes, and monitor the accruals in SAP; Discount and Bonus: manage the end-of-the-year bonuses based on the agreements provided by the salesforce through Price Fx; quarterly review of accruals and forecast; Issue the credit note at the beginning of the new year; Support sales with information regarding yearly targets. Daily collaboration with the salesforce, administration, controlling team, and Customer Service Front Office. Who You Are You are graduated in Economics subjects or similar; You speak fluent English both written and spoken; Your ability or previous experience using SAP will represent a strong asset; Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills are considered must-haves. You are a good team player, able to anticipate problems and take action.
