TEAM MEMBER in PROJECT DEVELOPMENT and CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS
Full-Time (80-100%)
Your Responsibilities
* Conceptualizing, planning, and implementing projects in the fields of economy and education
* Developing and implementing new formats to foster regional economic growth
* Preparing and submitting project and funding applications
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, associations, and partners
* Identifying partner needs and developing tailored programs and offerings
* Actively participating in networking events
* Identifying and managing collaboration opportunities with companies for joint project development and execution
* Promoting BASIS offerings and acquiring new partners and clients
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in project development and management
* Educational background in economics or engineering is an advantage
* Existing network in the regional economic sector is a plus
* Expertise in stakeholder management
* Creativity and a spirit of innovation in developing new formats and programs
* Experience writing grant and project applications, including familiarity with funding agencies (EU project experience preferred)
* Strong communication and sales skills, entrepreneurial mindset
* Passion for innovation and a pioneering spirit
* Exceptional organizational skills, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with people
* Proficiency in Office programs
* Fluent in German (spoken and written); good English and Italian skills
* Structured working style, communication, and coordination skills
* Effective time management
* Open, self-reliant work approach with accountability
* Team spirit, engagement, and proactive mindset
