Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter at Hotel Villa Santa Barbara located in Montefalco. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the dining experience, managing food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining communication with kitchen staff while working closely with the F&B Manager.
Qualifications
* Customer service and communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of multiple languages is beneficial
* Experience in food & beverage and food service
* Ability to lead and be a team player
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Food safety certification required
