To support our growing team, we are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner for our Italian factory based in San Pietro in Gu (PD). This role combines talent acquisition with general HR responsibilities, playing a crucial part in building and maintaining a strong workforce.
Your Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Developing effective hiring strategies to attract top talent
Responsible for our social media activities and manage all recruitment channels
Development and implementation of strategies for employee retention and development as well as further development of the training strategy
Analyzing HR trends and developing, implementing and refining HR concepts
Supporting HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and performance management and talent management initiatives
Contributing to employer branding efforts to enhance our reputation in the job market
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our HR Administrator with payroll coordination and benefits administration
Your Profile
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in recruitment and general HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong understanding of Italian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Fluent in Italian and English; German is an advantage
Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools
