RINA is currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting & Demand Advisor to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Administration & Finance Function.
Mission
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting economic and financial data, supporting the company’s decision-making process with clear reports and strategic insights. You will ensure data accuracy, develop advanced analytical models, and collaborate with different departments to optimize the company’s financial performance.
Key Accountabilities
1. Translate business user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
2. Work with internal and external teams and communicate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements
3. Attend functional requirements meeting and ensure all business requirements are being interpreted correctly
4. Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to the overall business model
5. Work with implementation partner to prepare and maintain Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications Document
6. Coordinate with IT PM and Business dept to perform user acceptance test
7. Communicate requested changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements in scope to PM
8. Analyse all sites performances after the live and prepare reports
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
Qualifications
1. Analytical skills and functional design capabilities are essential for this role.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Previous experience working on d-365 solution projects is a definite plus.
4. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
