Our HQ in Trento ( Italy ) is currently looking for a: Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, the role coordinates the Market Intelligence team and is responsible for monitoring key market trends, developing data elaboration and presentation tools, and providing relevant insights to Top Management and Business Development-involved functions, enabling confident commercial and strategic decisions in terms of new customers, categories, and internal capabilities development, ultimately fostering the success of the Home Care division’s Go-To-Market strategy across geographies. Responsibilities: Support in the definition and implementation of the Home Care division’s Go-To-Market strategy by coordinating the assessment of target business expansion and diversification areas, collecting all key external and internal dimensions of analysis (i.e., players, competitors, product categories, ongoing opportunities, capabilities, investments, etc.) and contributing to related business cases, enabling Top Management and Business Development-involved functions in making confident commercial and strategic decisions in terms of new customers, categories, and internal capabilities development. Leveraging market data from available subscription tools and independent analysis, is responsible for monitoring key end market trends and opportunities primarily within the Home Care industry, based on proactive identification of needs and in response to ad-hoc requests, ensuring that all relevant insights are easily available for Top Management and Business Development-involved functions. Contribute to Corporate recurrent presentations and strategic projects with insights regarding end market trends in terms of categories evolution, players performance, and competitive scenario, ultimately supporting in the assessment of the coherence of the Home Care division sales performance against the overall market evolution. Scout and manage external data providers and design and implement internal data elaboration and presentation tools (PBI, AI, SharePoint, etc.) to enable fast data analysis, benefiting both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and coach the Market Intelligence team, ensuring exceptional localized support to Business Development teams, developing common department standards, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Fluency in English is a prerequisite. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences. Additional education in marketing is a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience in market research and data analysis, preferably within the Home Care industry. Experience as a manager of a team is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Outstanding effective presentation and communication capabilities. Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. AI and Salesforce are a plus. Energetic, proactive, team player, and fast learner.
