* Responsible for developing business opportunities in the defined area (hunting) and for maintaining existing Key Customers (farming), through effective client research, prospecting, and networking.
* Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends, and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales function.
* Drive deals from technical definition through budgeting and proposal to order.
* Approach the customer in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines.
* Prepare sales reporting, and record customer interactions, and opportunities into the CRM.
