We are looking for a freelance IT Service Desk support / 1st line IT Support for a freelancer contract until the end of 2025 with the possibility of extension.
We are looking for practical experience in IT/Help Desk support.
• Basic knowledge of technology and a strong affinity for IT and service orientation.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
Work location: Rome (smart working possible after an initial probation period).
Responsibilities:
* Accepting incoming calls\reports on technical issues and problem cases.
* Recording accurate tickets/incidents/requests covering reported matters or wishes.
* Processing requests as 1st line support.
* Managing assets and updating documentation.
* Providing general operational support to the department.
* Conducting office visits in Italy and potentially other offices in the region.
Requirements:
* Interest and some experience with computer science or a comparable discipline.
* Primarily office attendance, with potential limited home working after gaining experience.
* Practical experience in IT Support/Help Desk.
* Basic technology knowledge and a strong IT affinity and service orientation.
* Independent, proactive work style.
* Good communication skills and comfort with direct customer contact.
* Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
* Team player !!!!
I want to highlight that this role is only available as a freelancer and requires presence onsite.
Mandatory to speak fluent English and Italian.
Daily rate up to Euro 200 / day.
