Director, Customer Marketing - Europe (East Zone)
Location: Europe flexible Greece (Athens), Poland, Italy (Milan), other East Zone
Job Summary/Purpose:
* Lead the development of Eastern Europe consumer marketing strategies, consumer campaigns & product innovation and actively implement and steward global programs in alignment with the Category teams, Operating Unit and Business Development Director that maximize profitable growth and that increase the long-term 'partnership' value of TCCC brands within the McDonald's system.
* Collaborate with the International Marketing & Digital team, while leveraging the network, to develop scalable programs in line with the global growth plan to drive traffic and drinks incidence.
* Play a leading role as subject matter expert in strategically selected projects; Steward best practices across the globe through the development of toolkits & best practice guidelines.
* Act as a liaison and steward the strategic marketing relationship with senior marketing stakeholders.
* The successful candidate must be able to independently engage and influence Senior Marketing leaders.
* Consult and coach Business Managers across all areas of the Marketing mix.
Education/Qualifications:
* Minimum - University Degree (Preference for Marketing concentration)
* Preferred - MBA
Experience:
* Minimum - 10 years business experience. In-depth understanding, knowledge and practical experience in consumer marketing (minimum 5 years).
* Preferred - 10 years business experience in fast-moving consumer goods organization; customer management exposure and experience; knowledge of his/her geographical area business environment; and an understanding of the complexities of both systems (McDonald's and TCCC).
Travel Requirements: 25% (within Europe Eastern region & globally when required)
Language Requirements: Strong Proficiency in English. Other Eastern Europe languages are a plus.
