As we continue to grow and push the boundaries of what’s possible, we are looking for a Head of Media Buying to lead and inspire our team, helping us deliver top-tier campaigns across multiple channels and verticals.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies for media buying campaigns across various verticals (E-commerce, Leadgen, iGaming, Nutra, and Dating), ensuring full-funnel optimization and effective traffic acquisition.
2. Oversee and manage a team of media buyers to execute campaigns across multiple verticals (e-commerce, leadgen, iGaming, Nutra, and dating), ensuring high-quality performance and timely delivery. Inspire your team to reach ambitious KPIs while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
3. Develop and optimize media buying strategies across the entire funnel from customer acquisition to conversion, ensuring optimal campaign performance at every stage. This includes driving traffic through multiple paid channels, optimizing landing pages, and improving conversion rates on traffic sources like Meta, Google, Display and in-App.
4. Oversee campaign monitoring, analysis, and optimization efforts to ensure continuous growth and improvement. Use data and KPIs to adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
5. Manage the identification, acquisition, and scaling of high-quality traffic sources while managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective media buying.
6. Work closely with other departments (creative, analytics, and development teams) to align media buying strategies with overall business objectives.
7. Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and strategy recommendations for senior leadership, ensuring transparency in campaign results and contributing to strategic decision-making.
8. Keep up with industry trends and emerging platforms, ensuring LeadX Pro remains at the forefront of media buying innovation.
9. Lead and manage a multicultural team, effectively communicating in English.
WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH
1. Proven experience as a senior affiliate marketer or media buyer with at least 4 affiliate accounts or teams managed. Experience working in a structured, results-oriented organization with a strong background in campaign management and optimization.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage media buying across the entire funnel, from acquisition to conversion.
3. Lead the acquisition of traffic sources and manage high-volume, scalable campaigns.
4. A natural leader with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve and exceed performance goals. (Experience leading multicultural teams is a plus).
5. Strong competencies in acquiring and managing high-performing traffic sources to drive growth and performance.
6. Strong skills in data analysis and optimization. Comfortable working with data to draw actionable insights and refine campaign strategies.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present campaign performance and strategy to senior leadership clearly and effectively.
8. Team & Stakeholder Communication: Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, data analytics, developers) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Report directly to senior leadership on campaign performance, insights, and improvements.
9. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and traffic strategies, exploring new channels, tools, and technologies to ensure that LeadX Pro remains an innovator in media buying.
NICE TO HAVE
1. Familiarity with multiple industries (ecommerce, leadgen, iGaming, Nutra, dating) and understanding their unique media buying needs and challenges.
2. Comfort with using tracking systems (Redtrack, Voluum, Keitaro), integrations (Zapier), and media buying platforms. Basic knowledge of WordPress or Shopify is a plus.
3. Strong desire to learn new tools, platforms, and strategies in an ever-changing media buying landscape.
