Stage in Demand & Supply planning - Coffee & Out of Home
Position Snapshot
* Undergraduates or Graduates in management engineering, economics or equivalent

Main Purpose of the Job
In collaboration with the category DSP teams, support them in day-to-day activities involved in the supply area with the objective to maintain the optimal stock cover level with high freshness to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost.
Participate in the implementation of projects to improve inter-functional supply chain processes with the objective of reducing total delivered costs and/or increasing effectiveness and efficiency of the DSP planning. Development of reporting and analytical tools in Demand & Supply area.
Key Outputs / Deliverables
* Analyze and evaluate the supply plan for the best supply profile and supply risk management.
* Integrate processes with Information System applications (SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automation.
* Implement tools or process improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time saving, increased efficiencies, digitalization, etc.).
* Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, and Transport.
* Work with Demand and IMS planners in the Markets.
* Coordinate with Procurement and Quality.
* Engage with the generating demand team (Marketing, Trade marketing, etc.).
What will make you successful
* Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key Demand and Supply planning or Supply Chain processes, objectives, and methodologies.
* Short work experience or internship in Supply Chain/Operations/Demand planning is a plus.
* Good knowledge of Excel, Power Query/Power BI (SAP is a plus).
* Strong communication and relational skills.
* Initiative and proactivity.
* Mental agility in a flexible and dynamic environment, insight, analysis, and synthesis.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
