Role:
We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
You will be directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets from your users:
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Installations, migrations, and rollouts
* User administration via Active Directory
* User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues
* Dealing with stock / asset management
* Providing support in meeting/conferencing rooms
* Providing smart hand support for server and network devices
You will excite your users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach.
Requirements:
* 2 years of IT experience in end-user support within corporations
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Experience in OS, applications, and hardware installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Good English and fluent Italian
* Ability to build relationships
