We are looking for an experienced Search & Social Specialist to develop strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure seamless integration of Paid Search and Paid Social activities within broader media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently design and execute advanced Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.
* Manage high-budget campaigns for large clients, ensuring top-tier performance and ROI.
* Lead pre- and post-campaign analyses to identify insights and opportunities.
* Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign data.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
About You
* 5+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
* Proven success in handling complex campaigns and large-scale budgets.
* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Advanced expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, and TikTok.
* Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Fluent in business English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
