We are looking for a Support Specialist Tender Management based in our offices in Varedo.

You will support the existing tender integrator/dealer client base and acquire new ones in the area of tender management, tender preparation, and follow-up.

1. Support the existing customer base of integrators/tenderers and acquire new ones in tender management, preparation, and follow-up of tenders.
2. Research the information (customer history), check the feasibility of the response (directly or by reseller), submit to sellers and technical specialists, prepare the documents that constitute the response file, and participate in the creation of standard offers and/or complexes independently or in collaboration with the product manager, salespeople, or specialist departments.
3. Independently or with a specialized service, provide technical support in the review of the technical requirements of the bidder; enforce the response times for the call for tenders, send the response before the response deadline by the means imposed, and follow the period of validity of the offers, informing of the results.
4. Monitor and analyze competitive behavior in the markets for tenders.
5. Constant interface with customers' administrative offices in order to respond to their administrative requests/integrations.
What will convince us
Completed training at a technical college or completed at least 3 years of technical vocational training and corresponding several years of professional experience in processing tenders.
Fluent in Italian and English.
