Our client is an Italian company with a strong presence both in Italy and abroad, specializing in large-scale production. To strengthen and expand its presence in France and French-speaking markets, the company has entrusted us with the search for an:
Location: France or Italy, with the possibility of hybrid work and frequent travel (France and Belgium)
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial and General Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within the assigned area or sales territory. They will develop strong relationships with key clients and implement the company’s business strategy.
Key responsabilities:
* Act as the local point of reference for the business, starting with an initial market study and analysis.
* Develop the French and Belgian markets by managing the existing customer portfolio and acquiring new clients, with a focus on both business divisions of the company.
* Analyze the market and contribute to the distribution strategy, assessing potential new distribution partnerships.
* Manage relationships with the current distribution network and define new operational strategies to optimize market positioning.
* Coordinate with the headquarters to align commercial strategies and international development plans.
* Travel within the assigned area to meet clients, distributors, and participate in industry trade fairs.
* Conduct commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and contracts in coordination with the Commercial Director and Technical Office.
* Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, customer needs, and identify new opportunities or projects in the territory.
* Liaise with the back-office team for orders, deliveries, and logistics.
* Actively contribute to the preparation of annual sales budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans, defining the necessary action plan to achieve targets.
Requirements
* Solid commercial experience, preferably in the construction industry, ideally in the window and door sector.
* Fluent in French (mandatory) and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Strong commercial management, negotiation, and client development skills.
* Proactive approach and results-oriented mindset.
* Residency in France or willingness to travel frequently within the French territory.
