Job Description
The Back Office Facility Management is responsible for secretarial and administrative activities for the department.
The core responsibilities of the role are:
1. Guaranteeing that activities are performed in compliance with deadlines and shared quality standards
2. Handling the administrative documentation relating to the contracts stipulated
Qualifications
1. Takes care of the secretarial administrative and accounting activities, in compliance with the deadlines and required quality levels
2. Produces Group documents and communications, through analysis and monitoring actions
3. Supports in the management of daily activities, providing data and analyzes according to requests
4. Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities
5. Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies all within one's own function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
6. Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community

Requirements:
* Studies as a surveyor, architecture or similar
