About the Team
Based in Italy the field service staff is part of Europe Artificial Lift service delivery team, a talented and diverse operational team with high mobility and flexibility who puts our customers at the center of what we do. Safety, operational integrity and customer performance are key objectives for the field service team. In Europe we service various energy projects for oil and gas, geothermal, hydrogen and gas storage, carbon capture and lithium extraction wells.

Job Summary
The Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. The Field Service Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Lead installation, pull and troubleshooting of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems for onshore and offshore wells
* Perform commissioning and start-ups of Variable Speed Drives (VSD) to ensure reliability and performance
* Overseeing the installation/pulling of complex dual ESP Systems, and associated equipment in offshore and onshore environment.
* Following procedures for quality control and providing suggestions for improvement
* Keeping accurate records of all work performed to ensure documentation is updated
* Attending pre job planning meetings, preparing for and supervising the technical service of equipment
* Installing, operating and maintaining of Y-tool and Dual Pod System
* Providing daily morning report and attend morning meeting with the customer
* Ensuring equipment is strapped and prepared for backload to base in safe manner.
* Ensuring all post job paperwork is prepared, signed and provided to representative in office.
* Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
* Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
* Maintain the required safety and technical training.
* Supporting job preparation in the base when required
Essential Requirements
* Have Technical Diploma or Technical knowledge.
* Have 3 years of experience in ESP field
* Have experience in performing downhole and troubleshooting of ESP System in the field
* Be able to work, communicate well in a team.
* Be able to work and communicate well in a team.
* Be globally mobile and flexible for on call services
