Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong communication skills, and an impressive customer-centric approach. Duties and responsibilities You will provide superior customer service through phone, email, and chat. You will meet SLAs by responding to and resolving customer inquiries promptly. You will monitor and analyze KPIs to improve performance. You will collaborate with team members and other departments to solve claims and complex issues. You will stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively. You will handle escalated customer issues with professionalism. What you need to succeed High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent knowledge of English. Previous experience in customer care. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Problem-solving and attention to detail. Good to have: experience in logistics customer service both for B2B and C2C customers and Out of Home and Home deliveries.
